Please bring your own yoga mat and a firm blanket to class (a Mexican type blanket works great!) if you have one. If not, that is cool, one will be provided for you.

Heather's goal is to make Soul-Shine Yoga and Wellness a not for profit wellness center so EVERYONE can enjoy the benefits of yoga and alternative therapies. Your ability to get healthy and stay well should not depend on the size of your bank account.  Soul Shine also wants to provide FREE classes to cancer patients and all caregivers.

Please note, Soul Shine is  currently working towards receiving 501c3 and charitable status in  the state of Georgia, but in the meantime, you can donate to New Community Church and note that the donation is for Soul Shine Yoga and your generous donation will go toward this project.
